Many of the images organized under this category are actually woodblock prints, and all of the artists under the category Ukiyo-e are also known mainly for woodblock prints. I think that Woodblock prints should be a seperate category under the Art of Japan. This is of course debateable, as the artists only designed the prints and were not responsible for the cutting and printing of the block. But whatever the finished works are, they are definitely not paintings. Volcaderm (talk) 16:40, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
