Category talk:Roast sirloin in sour cream sauce with dumplings
Recategorisation on english name is not so convenient (its Czech-only food known under czech name also in English), its too much detailed. This name is in Czech "Svíčková pečeně s omáčkou ze zakysané smetany s knedlíky", but on menus in restaurants or in cookbooks is very often only "Svíčková omáčka" (Sirloin sauce) or "Svíčková na smetaně" (Sirloin in cream sauce). This recipe can be with roast sirloin or much often sirloin boiled in sour cream sauce. Sauce can be from sour-cream or whipping cream. Instead of sirloin can be used also another types of flesh or this dish can be with meatloaf, without meet or with soya meet. Dummplings can be two types and instead of dummplings can be (not often) pasta. So i mean, that the best name for this category will be the most often Svíčková omáčka as most relating. I mean, that in future will be on commons photos of all this types of czech sirloin-sauce meals, and isnt correct do for each combination of this food its own category. Even the already uploaded pictures in this category are not specified if are exactly "Roast sirloin in sour cream sauce with dumplings". Maybe some pictures are so and some are "Boiled sirloin in whipping cream sauce with dumplings", it depends on recipe and its not seeable. And in future will be probable added picture of "Meatloaf in cream sauce with dumplings" or vegetarian "Boiled soya meet in cream sauce (for example) with pasta". --Palu (talk) 14:47, 14 November 2013 (UTC)
