Cbrown1023

Vote

I brought a "worker" here who I feel would make good use of the tools. As I've said before I nominate only after thought these days but in dealing with the junk deletes I found quite a few tagged by this user (admins can use the deleted contribs tool but there are over 200 and none seem out of order). I do know them from elsewhere as well & I know that they interact well with other users. They are considered in their use of the tools - they already have them on en wikiquote and Meta (and some place called Wikipedia apparently but don't let that put you off) as well as test wiki and mediawiki. They also have a toolserver account.

However the main reason I am offering you Cbrown1023 is that I am confident that they will just get on with doing the jobs required for the benefit of the community and I would ask you to support this nomination. --Herby talk thyme 09:15, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

  • O heck yes. Don't hold the fact that Herby can't format his support vote correctly against his nom. CBrown1023. :) I've seen C in action and he'll be a fine addition. ++Lar: t/c 14:28, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

  • Symbol support vote.svg Support - as well as being a really good friend, he's always kind to everyone, extremely hardworking and has the trust of users in many areas. He knows pretty much all there is to know about Wikimedia (well it seems that way at least). He's also on IRC 24/7 so can help with the many requests that come up in the channel, and has an OTRS account, which could prove useful here - in all I think adminship on Commons is just the positive next step for this fantastic person. Good luck - not that you need it at all... Majorly (talk) 15:14, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
  • Symbol support vote.svg Support lots of involvement and discourse with the Commons community, plus lots of newimages patrol. Will make a great admin here, and with Wikimedia Pennsylvania digging into various other projects, it's a double whammy. Good luck, (O - v d e) 17:19, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

  • Symbol support vote.svg Support, Cbrown is the perfect type to give the extra responsibility to. He has proven himself to be capable and trustworthy with all his fantastic work on Commons to date, and I can't see why this wouldn't continue. Daniel.Bryant 03:44, 14 July 2007 (UTC)
  • Symbol support vote.svg Support Not sure yet. This user certainly has their heart at Commons and has been able to handle critic well. However, not much activity, though. -- Bryan (talk to me) 09:35, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
