- Not every quality and valued image can be a featured picture. QI and VI were created to identify other sort of pictures. To be a FP, a picture needs to be impressive, striking and eye-catching, or in the words - to have "wow" factor. Tomer T (talk) 17:04, 18 July 2012 (UTC)
