Fred the Oyster[edit]

Having just become acquainted with the Patroller job function and its associated software it would see that Rollback rights is de rigeur for anti-vandal processing. It's somewhat awkward to undo multiple diffs manually. I promise to use it for its legitimate purposes. If it's of any consequence I used Twinkle and its associated rollback function on en.ep for years without any major accidents. Cheers. Fred the Oyster (talk) 05:19, 14 January 2012 (UTC)
✓ Done you could have asked for all rights at the same time ;-) a×pdeHello! 12:44, 14 January 2012 (UTC)

Hello. I want this property, please. I'm having some difficulties in the retrieval of frequent vandalism. See here. And others. I know how to use this feature. Best wishes to you. Thanks. --MyCanon (talk) 12:41, 14 January 2012 (UTC)

Pictogram-voting-question.svg Question Why did you exactly need rollback rights? I don't see a single "undo" in your recent contribs... Trijnstel (talk) 14:23, 22 February 2012 (UTC)

I regularly check IP's contributions and abuse log. It would be much easier to combat vandalism using rollback tool. I already had this right on the Persian Wikipedia, so I'm completely familiar with it. Americophile 00:52, 1 March 2012 (UTC)
✓ Done for rollbacker right. I think we need opinions from other admin before giving back your filemover rightMorning Sunshine (talk) 04:51, 1 March 2012 (UTC)

I think I could help to undo vandalism with this tool in an easier way. I'm a rollbacker on and, and I am also a sysop/'crat on Thanks in advance. Nixón (wop!) 18:36, 15 March 2012 (UTC)

I have rollback on en.wp and use that as well as w:WP:HUGGLE to fight vandalism. I have over 1,500 edits over seven years, I've uploaded dozens of images, and I have several user rights on en.wp and was given admin rights on the outreach wiki simply for being a trusted member. Thank you. Koavf (talk) 23:04, 29 April 2012 (UTC)

Reverting vandalism by "undo" function isn't convenient. Thank you. MakecatTalk 05:48, 13 November 2012 (UTC)
✓ Done 1,000+ edits, quite a few undos, no blocks or complaints about edit warring, looks good. -- King of ♠ 08:07, 13 November 2012 (UTC)

This is a helpful tool. Note: In English language Wikipedia my rollback flag was removed once since I used it in an edit warring. Later I could show them that there were multiple socks (most probably 10-11) involved there, they were adding copyvio content etc, and they conceded that it was a grey area and gave back my rollback tag within 12 hours. You can see the discussion here. After that I have become much more careful with using rollback. Thank you. Tito Dutta (Send me a message) 20:19, 19 November 2012 (UTC)

Riley Huntley[edit]

Ello, I am a trusted contributor here and would like to have rollback to aid in reverting several edits at a time which I often come across when patrolling Special:AbuseLog and when moving files (I personally always like to check the history before moving a file). Thank you. Riley Huntley (talk) 01:53, 28 November 2012 (UTC)
