Not done per lack of content edits and activity. –Juliancolton | Talk 05:04, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

Marcus Aurelius Antoninus[edit]

To reduce backlog. Autoreviewer on English Wikipedia and rollbacker on three projects including here. Thank you. Marcus Aurelius Antoninus (talk) 18:50, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for your interest, but you don't need to worry about autopatrol status. You are not that active on this project, so I don't think there is a need for this. If you edit frequently at Commons, a patroller or administrator will request/grant it. -- User:Docu at 22:13, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
Not done per Docu. Tiptoety talk 01:57, 25 April 2010 (UTC)

I request autopatroller status. I want to save others from having to patrol my work on Commons. Thank you. Memo18 (talk) 18:23, 2 May 2010 (UTC)
Not done - With only six edits, you show no need for such the flag. Tiptoety talk 18:27, 2 May 2010 (UTC)

  • Hello. I request autopatrol status. I'm a sysop in Russian Wikipedia and I contribute to Commons for several years. Elmor (talk) 15:39, 3 May 2010 (UTC)

I neither agree nor disagree but there are less than 50 edits on your account here. --Herby talk thyme 17:03, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
I don't see a need for this right yet. I have no doubt you are trustworthy and unlikely to misuse any additional tools here, but autopatrol is mostly a boring procedural thing. –Juliancolton | Talk 17:25, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
Well, as you wish. I do not insist. Elmor (talk) 18:48, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
Not done per the above reasons. Should you become more active, and show a need for the tool then you can come back and re-request it. Cheers, Tiptoety talk 21:07, 3 May 2010 (UTC)

Diego Grez[edit]

Well, it's useful to make my uploads disappear in a puff of smoke :D Diego Grez let's talk 01:27, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
Not done - Not that many contributions, two new pages. I'm not sure you need it. –Krinkletalk 01:39, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
Lol. I meant patroller. --Diego Grez let's talk 01:43, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
What does patroller has do to with uploads? -- Drini 16:34, 8 May 2010 (UTC)
Nothing. Only works on new pages AFAIK. — Dferg (talk) 10:39, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
That's correct. Only for edits and new pages. Not for log actions such as moving and uploading. 21:25, 9 May 2010 (UTC)

Autopatroller to reduce backlog) Thank you. A333 (talk) 18:31, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
Not done - I see no creations, let alone edits to gallery space. Autopatrol does not apply to files, so unless you create a large number of galleries or categories there is no need to enable the flag on your account. Tiptoety talk 18:41, 26 May 2010 (UTC)

I would like the patrol and rollback tools because I actively patrol Wikipedia and this tool could be useful here. I have read the relevant page and have become more active on Commons. Thank you. OpenTheWindows (talk) 18:51, 9 June 2010 (UTC)
Not done sorry, you do not seem to have enough activity on commons and you even filled in this request wrongly. abf «Cabale!» 19:31, 9 June 2010 (UTC)
Always open :) OpenTheWindows (talk) 20:02, 9 June 2010 (UTC)

Hoo man[edit]

It would be nice to have the patrol rights, to patrol my own edits/ edits from others. I know, that I only have a couple of edits, but I will upload free software screenshots etc. from time to time. (To make sure I'm trusty: global account information) - Hoo man (talk) 16:26, 6 June 2010 (UTC)
I am sure you will be able to help in the future but the contributions on Commons are just too low to grant rights for now. Show that you know what you are doing - Commons is not the same as a 'pedia and there should be no problem then. Thanks --Herby talk thyme 16:28, 6 June 2010 (UTC)
I was unable to find anything regarding this, how much edits should I have before I ask again? - Hoo man (talk) 16:36, 6 June 2010 (UTC)
There is no rule for number of edits. But it's important that you know what Patrolling is, what it is for and are a trusted user here on Commons. Your intro statement above sounds a bit confusing, perhaps you mixed up a few terms. Could you shortly describe the right/ability you are requesting and what it means ? Thanks, –Krinkletalk 20:18, 17 June 2010 (UTC)

Ok, so first, patrolled edits are their, to mark page/ files etc. as already been controlled by a trusted user/ created by a trusted user. The rights I want to have are their to get my own uploads etc. automatically marked as patrolled and to mark uploads etc. from others as patrolled. So tell my if I misunderstood anything ;-) - Hoo man (talk) 20:43, 18 June 2010 (UTC)

Okay. In that case I oughta tell you that uploads can not be patrolled. The functionality doesn't exist and is not what a Patroller does. Though once that feature exists it will dramaticly make Commons:Recent uploads patrol easier (which is currently done by hand, with no patrol-indication whatshowever). At this moment in time a Patroller is someone with the right to mark edits and page creations as patrolled. In other words Anonymous edit patrol and New Pages (Galleries) patrol (this latter link looks full but patrollers have a filter abilty to only show unpatrolled creations). So, no upload patrolling. Greetings, –Krinkletalk 12:57, 25 June 2010 (UTC)

Ok, didn't know that this doesn't apply to uploads. Anyway, I no longer think that I have a need for those rights, so this can be archived - Hoo man (talk) 13:07, 25 June 2010 (UTC)

I am requesting patroller rights because I want to help reduce the massive backlog that exists. I am also a patroller over at the en Wikipedia. Thank you. Bobby122 (talk) 03:08, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
Not done as you've just 21 contributions so far at Commons. Please get familiar with Commons and it would be kind if you could categorize your uploads correctly. Thanks for your offer to help out. Regards, AFBorchert (talk) 06:21, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
