This page is intended to give instructions to local WLM teams, on how to submit their top 10 winning photos for the international jury round of WLM 2025.

Submitting your top 10 for the international round can be done in two ways:

• By publicly announcing the 10 winners on Wiki Loves Monuments 2025 winners before the deadline below, and via email notifying the WLM-i jury coordinator of the publication of the winners on Commons; or
• By sending the 10 winning photos directly to the WLM-i jury coordinator of the international WLM team, for instance in cases were the national winners will be announced in a prize ceremony or a press release that will happen after the deadline mentioned below. If you wish to keep the 10 winning photos secret a little while longer, please send the ten winning photos to the jury coordinator with the date of when they will be published. In this case please also include at least on member of your national jury in the cc of the email for confirmation of the result.

Please also don't forget to publish the names of your jury members on Commons:Wiki Loves Monuments 2025/Juries.

Please send the 10 winning photos of your country before 2 December 2025!

If there is any delay, the international team must be notified of this. Please contact us on the talk page (or personally if you prefer) to share any problems you encounter.
