Scharenstetten[edit]

See Category:Scharenstetten

The altar of the protestant church of Scharenstetten is made by Hans Multscher and his school and dates back to about 1450. Before the Reformation and the damage caused by the iconoclasts it was in the Cathedral of Ulm (the Cathedral of Ulm looks like a cathedral, but really it is a parish church. There has never been a bishop).
