For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Aufbau der evangelischen Kirchen im demokratischen Sektor Berlins. Über den Wiederaufbau der Kirchen im demokratischen Sektor Berlins informierte eine Presserundfahrt die am Freitag, den 7.12.51 von der ev. Kirchenleitung Berlin-Brandenburg, veranstaltet wurde. Bei der Rundfahrt wurden 12 von den ev. Kirchen besichtigt, die durch die eigene Initiative der ev. Kirchen und mit Unterstützung des demokratischen Magistrats wieder erstehen. An der Rundfahrt nahmen teil: Der Generalsuperintendant Dr. Krummacher, der Vertreter der Stadtsynode Alter, Architekt Streckebach vom Kirchenbauamt und der Vorsitzende der CDU in Gross-Berlin Bürgermeister Arnold Gohr.
