Την Παρασκευή 28.01.2011 ο Υπουργός Εξωτερικών Δημήτρης Δρούτσας συμμετείχε στην άτυπη συνάντηση των Υπουργών Εξωτερικών της SEECP στην πόλη Μπούντβα. Στην παρέμβασή του, ο Υπουργός Εξωτερικών είχε τη δυνατότητα να τονίσει ότι η προώθηση της περιφερειακής συνεργασίας αποτελεί βασική συνιστώσα της πολιτικής της Ελλάδας στα Δυτικά Βαλκάνια και ότι λειτουργεί ως όχημα για την ενσωμάτωση των χωρών της ΝΑ Ευρώπης στους ευρωπαϊκούς θεσμούς. Στο περιθώριο των εργασιών της Συνόδου, ο κ. Υπουργός πραγματοποίησε συναντήσεις με ομολόγους του.

On Friday 28.01.2011, Foreign Minister Dimitris Droutsas participated in the Informal SEECP Ministerial in the city of Budva. In his address, he had the opportunity to stress that the promotion of regional cooperation is a basic component of Greece’s policy on the Western Balkans, and that cooperation is a vehicle for the incorporation of the countries of Southeast Europe into European institutions. Mr. Droutsas had meetings with his counterparts on the margins of the Ministerial.
