Description
Русский: Таллин, Эстония. Гало (радуга зимой). В холодное время года солнечные лучи преломляются не в капельках воды, а в ледяных кристаллах. Для зимней радуги нужны три составляющие: крепкий мороз, высокая влажность и яркое солнце. По данным метеорологов, зимой этот оптический эффект возникает нечасто. Совпадают эти три условия крайне редко. Чаще при смене погоды, например перед приближением бурана или понижением температуры.
