Description
Русский: Комплекс: лесная молочная ферма Ю. Ю. Бенуа . Слева от здания проходит Светлановский проспект. В 1890-х годах эта территория между Муринским ручьём и Санкт-Петербургом была взята в аренду на 50 лет архитектором Юлием Юльевичем Бенуа. Здесь он построил свою ферму. Изначально эта территория представляла собой место, густо засажнное деревьями(иногда ее называли садом). Именно поэтому Бенуа и построил здесь ферму, где стало возможным разведение коров и производство молока. Уже позже владелец фермы проложил дорогу, которая проходила от города к его ферме, в последствие ее назвали проспектом Бенуа(ныне Тихорецкий). Эта ферма считалась достаточно известной на весь Петербург, а ее главным клиентом являлся молочный завод. Ферма была образцово показательной, на ней поддерживалась постоянная чистота и порядок.И в настоящее время, несмотря на то, что деревья вырубались , и их количество значительно уменьшилось,территория фермы все равно -это не большой парк с прудами, кустарниками, и вокруг него расположены высотные дома по Светлановскому, Тихорецкому проспектам, пр. Науки, а также ул. Веденеева.
