Время создания: 1911 год Старая Анастасиевская часовня простояла ровно двести лет. С согласия духовенства над нею возвели каменную надстройку до уровня земляной насыпи и сверху, как на фундамент, решили поставить новую часовню во имя той же Святой великомученицы Анастасии. На постройку часовни ассигновали две тысячи рублей. За составление проекта академику архитектуры А. В. Щусеву уплатили 800 рублей. Закладка часовни состоялась 5 августа 1911 года. В ноябре на роспись стен часовни выделили ещё две тысячи. Роспись выполнили по рисункам Н. К. Рериха.

В 1970 году при постройке нового моста часовню удалось сохранить. Её целиком опустили вниз на набережную.
