Description
Македонски: Пастрмајлија е македонски специјален вид на пита направен од тесто и месо. Традиционалната пастрмалија има долгнавеста форма со сецкано месо врз неа. Името потекнува од зборот пастрма, што значи солено и сушено месо од овца или јагне. Во чест на пастрмалијата, секоја година во Штип традиционално се одржува манифестацијата наречена „Пастрмалијада“.
