| Description |
עברית: שכונת רמות יצחק נקראה על שם יצחק רוט ראש המועצה השני של נשר, הוגה תוכנית בניית העיר בעת כהונתו כראש מועצת נשר בין השנים 1957–1972. השכונה נבנתה בתחילת שנות ה־90 על הר הכרמל מעל שכונת תל חנן, מימין לכביש 705 המוביל מנשר לאוניברסיטת חיפה. הבנייה בשכונה היא של מבני שיכונים גבוהים המתנשאים מעל רכס ההר ובתים בודדים. בשכונה נבנה "קמפוס חטיבות הביניים" לכל העיר נשר, ולידו מרכז אשכול פיס המשמש כמרכז פעילות של מתנ"ס נשר. כמו כן נבנו אולם ספורט גדול ומגרשי טניס. בשטח השכונה הוקם פארק נשר באזור ואדי קטיע אשר במקורו היה מיועד לבנייה והוסב לשטח ירוק..
