藝術家高俊宏〈大豹：溫帶的邊界〉系列作品，直接將地理時空場景，拉回到一百多年前的三峽大豹溪流域，一段被遺忘的山林血淚史。 這段隱藏於三峽郊山的歷史事件，乃是關於原居此地的泰雅族大豹社消失的過程。 彼時正是日治初期，殖民帝國的山林開發政策與「理蕃計畫」，透過一場場的山林戰役，讓大豹社幾近滅族，更從此失去了他們固有的家園。 高俊宏的作品，像是用雙腳踏出來的。他透過田野爬梳及遺址調查進行另類創作，如苦行僧般的反覆深入探究遭到時空棄置的歷史場景。 他以身體行動、錄像、描繪、書寫等多元手法，經由長時期的隘勇線遺址踏查，百餘件戰爭遺跡的拍照紀錄與描摹測繪，以及延伸出來的口述採訪與影像拍攝，讓隱沒山林的印跡，一一重新浮現。 一張張穿越古戰場的隘勇線「前進圖」，像是以素描勾勒的形式，還原山林橫斷的軌跡與慘烈戰事的原貌，也如同是在填補歷史的空白。 而作品系列之一的延伸錄像「大豹：線」，是將泰雅族婦女吟唱傳統〈織布歌〉的畫面，與一位模擬日本兵針對山林中隘勇線設置防衛碉堡的口述畫面交錯播映，以此對比形式，交織出整場「樟腦戰役」中，兩造截然不同的生命敘事平面。 一塊來自當地附近建材行的樟木板材，像是歷史的見證般，靜靜地訴說著，百年前那段血淚交織的山林資源掠奪史。另一裝置作品「萬善堂」，則是相對於至今依然矗立於山林裡紀念日軍戰歿者的「忠魂碑」，象徵守護著大豹社戰役犧牲者的無名魂魄。 〈大豹：溫帶的邊界〉系列作品，讓我們重新審思各種形式的國家霸權與土地人民的關係。不是要清算歷史，而是藉由藝術行動與創作，從長期遭到忽略的史頁當中，重新找尋新的感知與具備反思性的生命力量。 ...................................................................................................
