礦物學名：二氧化矽‧﹝sio2﹞英文名稱：rock.crystal.quartz

水晶的成份﹝二氧化矽﹞晶系：六方晶系，矽﹝silica﹞占地球地殼組成成份65％。

共生如雲母‧長石、方解石‧電氣石、金紅石、花崗岩。

水晶的溫度大約550--600ｏＣ就會結成六方晶系、其硬度：7度‧比重：2.6、雙折射率高1.553‧低1.544。

產地：巴西、美國、馬達加斯加

天然的髮晶是由金紅石、經過地殼變動轉化而成，而火山泥灰變成幻影水晶等。﹝藝術品﹞
