Português: SINOPSE AULA 2 - Abertura do Exercício.
Sinopse: Nesta segunda aula os alunos conhecem contadores com muitos anos de experiencia, que relatam como era o trabalho antes da informatização. O professor Marcos Portella, agente de fiscalização do TCE-SP, detalha as tabelas do AUDESP e sua codificação, e discute a importância da padronização e da transição para o novo modelo. Há dicas de como fazer uma boa abertura de exercício: passos fundamentais que não podem ser esquecidos e erros impeditivos e indicativos apontados pelo Sistema Audesp nesta fase. Em uma entrevista dirigida por Clair de Oliveira, o diretor do TCE em Campinas, Oscar Mazimiliano, analisa as mudanlas que o audeso trouxe para o trabalho dos contadores e dos auditores do Tribunal. Em duas atividades em grupo, os alunos tem oportunidade de discutir os erros impeditivos mais recorrentes nas rotinas contábeis, e começam a montar o balancete de um município fictício. |
