Description

עברית: מוזיאון אוצרות בחומה הוא מוזיאון אתנוגרפי שמציג את אורח חייהם של בני העדות השונות, תושבי עכו העתיקה והגליל. המוזייאון נמצא בבורג' אל קומנדר, בפינה הצפון מזרחית שבחומה החיצונית של עכו העתיקה. חיילי עמדה, על תחמושתם, התגורו במבנה המלבני המקומר, המשוקע בתוך החומה, ופתח מחבר בינו לבין העמדה. מתחת למבנה, בבסיס החומה, עוברת מנהרה, באורך של כ-80 מטרים ובגובה של כ-10 מטרים, ששימשה למעבר חיילים והיא מחברת את החפיר הפנימי לחפיר החיצוני.
