Description
English: Copper alloy T- shape brooch.Tubular, long wings to house the axis bar for a hinged pin (missing. There is a notch between the wings at the back to allow the pin to articulate on the bar. The head of the bow is flat at the top and projects forward from the wings. The d-sectioned bow tapers from the head to a narrow, pointed foot. behind the foot is an incomplete catchplate. The foot and catchplate have been bent out to the right side of the bow. The brooch is undecorated. 1st to 2nd century.
