Deutsch: 15. Station seiner Zukunftsenergientour: Windpark-Eröffnung in Bad Laasphe

Auf der 15. Station seiner Zukunftsenergientour eröffnete NRW-Klimaschutzminister Johannes Remmel heute (11. September 2013) mit einer Delegation der EnergieAgentur.NRW einen Windpark in Bad Laasphe, der im Privatwald von Ludwig Prinz zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg entsteht. Die sechs Windkraftanlagen mit einer Leistung von insgesamt 18 MW wurden von der wittgenstein new energy holding GmbH finanziert, geplant und umgesetzt. Der Park könnte den jährlichen Strombedarf der Stadt Bad Laasphe (14.000 Einwohner) vollständig decken.Das Beispiel zeigt: Moderne Windenergieanlagen können wirtschaftlich in Wäldern betrieben werden, weil sie mit einer Nabenhöhe von 140 Metern die windreichen und turbulenzarmen Zonen über den Wipfeln technisch nutzbar machen.
