Tanin Likitawong, commander, Combined Task Force (CTF) 151 while Vice Adm. John. Miller, commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command/Fifth Fleet/Combined Maritime Forces, center, observes, during change of command ceremony aboard Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA) Fort Victoria (A387). CTF 151 is a multi-national, mission-based task force working under CMF, to conduct counter-piracy operations in the Southern Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, Somali Basin, Arabian Sea, and Indian Ocean.
