Description
Deutsch: 22.09.2007 01127 Dresden-Leipziger Vorstadt, Weimarische Straße 1 (GMP: 51.070904,13.729267): Das Mietshaus wurde zusammen mit dem Nachbargebäude Weimarische Straße 3, das eine nahezu identische Fassadengestaltung erhielt, um 1900 von Bauunternehmer und Glasermeister Eduard Peterssohn errichtet. Das Entree prägen stattliche Wandbilder mit mythologisierenden Landschaftsdarstellungen sowie, in den oberen Wandfeldern und im Deckenspiegel, stilisierte Blumenranken in Verbindung mit Pfauendarstellungen. Die Ausmalung ist durch den Jugendstil beeinflusst, der damals gerade in Mode kam. Von besonderer Schönheit ist das Deckengemälde mit einem Pfau. [DSCN29890-29894.TIF]20070922015MDR.JPG(c)Blobelt
