Description

Deutsch: 25.09.2018 01833 Stolpen: Auf dem Markt steht die 1996 aufgestellte die Nachbildung einer kursächsischen Postmeilensäule (GMP: 51.049452,14.082878). Wie das Original trägt die Distanzsäule das das kurfürstlich-sächsische und das königlich-polnische Wappen des sächsischen Kurfürsten August des Starken. Der Steinrestaurator Hans Peter Hain aus Meißen hat sie aus Cottaer Sandstein hergestellt. Die originale Säule wurde im Jahre 1732 aufgestellt und bereits 1840 wieder entfernt. Die Jahreszahl 1728 auf der Säule ist eine Vordatierung. Sicht von Südwesten. [SAM7913.JPG]20180925210DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
