Ernest Dorema, an officer in charge of the emergency room at the 28th Combat Support Hospital and Palm Beach, Fla. native, shows Sinna Abdul Azeez, an anesthesiologist with Yarmouk Hospital how to use a Combat Application Tourniquet on the leg of a mock casualty April 7 during a simulated injury exercise as a part of Operation Medical Alliance held on Sather Air Base here, April 7. Sinna and several other doctors from Yarmouk hospital visited 28th CSH for the first time to view in person the standard operating procedures of the hospital. |
