Friedrich Nietzsche: Erster Titelentwurf zu Also sprach Zarathustra im Brief an Heinrich Köselitz, 1. Februar 1883. Der erste Teil des Buches erschien im Mai 1883.

Unter dem Kasten mit dem Titel heißt es: „Mit diesem Buche bin ich in einen neuen ‚Ring‘ eingetreten – von jetzt ab werde ich wohl in Deutschland unter die Verrückten gerechnet werden. Es ist eine wunderliche Art von ‚Moral-Predigten‘.“
