The above diagram is a little more than one-fifth (1-5) the actual size of the chart and shows themethod of plotting, the upper curve being the Temperature, the middle the Pulse, and the lower theRespiration. By this method a full record of each can easily be kept with but one color ink It is so arranged that all practitioners will find it an invaluable aid in the treatment of their patients. On the back of each chart will be found ample space conveniently arranged for recording ClinicalHistory and Symptoms and Treatment. By its use the physician will secure such a complete record of his cases as will enable him to reviewthem at any time. Thus he will always have at hand a source of individual improvement and benefiC inthe practice of his profession, the value of which can hardly be overest
