The teacher Jan (Ambrosius) Hendrikx (* Venlo, February 2, 1917 - † Germany, 1944/1945) was a Dutch resistance fighter.

English: During the Second World War, he was the regional leader of the Limburgse Onderduikershulp (LO, Limburg Organiszationfor Help to People in Hiding, who later became part of the Countywide Organization for Help to People in Hiding. He was known by the pseudonym Ambrosius.
Deutsch: Während des Zweiten Weltkriegs war er der Provinzleiter der Limburgse Onderduikershulp (LO, Limburger Untertaucherhilfe), die später Teil der Landesweiten Organisation für Hilfe an Untergetauchte (auch LO) wurde. Er war unter dem Pseudonym Ambrosius bekannt.
Nederlands: Tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog was hij gewestelijk leider van de Limburgse Onderduikershulp, die later opging in de Landelijke Organisatie voor Hulp aan Onderduikers. Hij was bekend onder de schuilnaam Ambrosius. |
