فارسی: پیاده‌روی اربعین بزرگترین پیاده روی (پیمایش) و گردهمایی عمومی سالانه در جهان است. این مراسم شامل حرکت شمار زیادی از مسلمانان شیعه از اطراف مرزهای عراق به سمت شهر کربلا، در جنوب بغداد، به منظور جمع شدن همهٔ آن‌ها در چهلمین روز پس از کشته شدن حسین بن علی، سومین امام شیعیان در واقعهٔ عاشورا می‌شود.
English: The Arba'een Pilgrimage, or the Arba'een Walk or Karbala Walk, is the world's largest annual public gathering.
العربية: مسيرة الأربعين عنوان يطلق على تظاهرة شيعية ينطلق خلالها ملايين من المسلمين الشيعة باتجاه كربلاء لزيارة الحسين بن علي بن أبي طالب عليه السلام في العشرين من صفر من كل عام حيث يتقاطر المسلمين الشيعة من شتّى المدن والقرى العراقية تشاركهم في ذلك الوفود الكثيرة من أتباع مدرسة أهل البيت من شتّى البلدان كإيران والبحرين والكويت ولبنان وباكستان و...، ويعتبر أكبر تجمع بشري سنوي وأضخم مسيرة راجلة في العالم.
