فارسی: ارگ کریم خانی در مرکز شهر شیراز قرار دارد. این ارگ در دوره سلطنت سلسله زندیه ساخته شده‌است و پس از اینکه کریم خان زند شیراز را به عنوان پایتخت خود و این مکان را به‌عنوان مکان زندگی خود انتخاب کرد، به ارگ کریم خانی معروف شد. در زمان سلطنت سلسله پهلوی از ارگ به‌عنوان زندان استفاده شد که آسیب‌هایی به آن وارد شده‌است. در سال ۱۳۵۰ این ارگ به اداره فرهنگ و هنر وقت واگذار شد. این بنای بزرگ اکنون زیر نظر سازمان میراث فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران اداره می‌شود و از چند سال پیش کار مرمت این بنا آغاز شده‌است تا به عنوان موزه بزرگ فارس مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
English: The Karim Khan Castle is a citadel located in the downtown Shiraz, southern Iran. It was built as part of a complex during the Zand dynasty and is named after Karim Khan, and served as his living quarters. In shape it resembles a medieval fortress.
العربية: قلعة كريم خان زند، قلعة تاريخية في مدينة شيراز في مقاطعة شيراز في محافظة فارس في جنوب ايران. قلعة تاريخية مشهورة في ايران. لذلك يعرف بـ(اوسجن كريم خان)، قصر ملكي ومكان سكن كريم خان زند حاكم شيراز ومؤسس الدولة الزندية في فارس.
Deutsch: Die Zitadelle des Karim Khan befindet sich im Nord-Osten der iranischen Stadt Schiraz. Sie wurde während der Zand-Dynastie als Teil eines größeren Komplexes errichtet; dem namensgebenden Herrscher Karim Khan diente sie als Wohnbereich und als militärischer Stützpunkt. In ihrer Gestalt ähnelt sie einer mittelalterlichen Festung.
