Description
English: From the materials for the Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition of 1909, held in Seattle.

This building was originally planned as the Fisheries Building for the Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition, Seattle, Washington, but ended up being used as the European Building. Behind that at left is the Agricultural Building. The water in the foreground is Cascade Court, a series of small waterfalls. This is now the path from Red Square to Drumheller Fountain.

The copyright on the image is dated 1908, so this is presumably before the Exposition. This looks like it is at least retouched, but is definitely a photo rather than an architectural drawing because Nowell was a photographer.
