This work is in the public domain in Armenia because its copyright protection has expired or it is exempted from copyright by virtue of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of June 15, 2006 (details). The work meets one of the following criteria:
  • It is an anonymous work or pseudonymous work and 70 years have passed since the date of its creation
  • It is another kind of work, and 70 years have passed since the year of death of the author (or last-surviving author)
  • It is an "expressions of traditional folklore and art" or "political speeches, speeches delivered in the court"
  • It is one of "official documents, legal acts, treaties and the official translations thereof, state emblems and signs (flags, coats of arms, medals, monetary signs)"

You must also include a United States public domain tag to indicate why this work is in the public domain in the United States. Note that a few countries have copyright terms longer than 70 years: Mexico has 100 years, Jamaica has 95 years, Colombia has 80 years, and Guatemala and Samoa have 75 years.
