English: The four-year-old Arnold Ernst Fanck (1919–1994), eldest son of German moviemaker Arnold Fanck (1889–1974), as captured for the silent movie Der Berg des Schicksals (= The Mountain of Destiny) in 1923/24, where Luis Trenker (1892–1990) debuted. Arnold jun. played the son of the climber (Hannes Schneider) and his wife (Erna Morena). Cameramen were his father Arnold Fanck, Sepp Allgeier, Herbert Oettel, Eugen Hamm, and Hans Schneeberger.
Deutsch: Der vierjährige Arnold Ernst Fanck (1919–1994), ältester Sohn des deutschen Filmemachers Arnold Fanck (1889–1974), in dem 1923/24 gedrehten Stummfilm „Der Berg des Schicksals“. In diesem Film debütierte Luis Trenker (1892–1990). Arnold jun. spielte den Sohn des Kletterers (Hannes Schneider) und dessen Frau (Erna Morena). Kameramänner waren neben seinem Vater Arnold Fanck, Sepp Allgeier, Herbert Oettel, Eugen Hamm und Hans Schneeberger. |
