English: Supplementary Movie 24 WASp is required for cargo expulsion and membrane integration. In vivo RNAi to WASp was performed in Drosophila lines expressing Sgs3-GFP (white). SG secretion was imaged in real time. WASp knockdown resulted in granules that fused with the apical membrane but failed to collapse. Scale bar=5μm.
