Description
English: Artificial mercury horizon in fitted rectangular wooden case with leather strap, made by John Dennett Potter, 31 Poultry, City of London, England 1860-1869. Consists of rectangular cast iron trough with a brass, roof-shaped cover with side glazing and cylindrical steel storage jar with threaded stopper and spout.
