English: A representative real-time movie showing the interaction of a single NSC with the same neurosphere as in Movie 6 after 0.1 µM Cyt-D treatment. In spite of keeping the cell in contact with a filopodium on the neurosphere surface for a longer period of time, i.e. ∼8 s, no adhesion is seen to occur and the cell moves back along with the trap focus.
