Rudolf I of Germany, 1273 - 1291 At this Hoftag (imperial diet) Rudolf invested his sons, Albert and Rudolf II, with the duchies of Austria and Styria and so laid the foundation of the House of Habsburg. The King of Germany (King of the Romans) Rudolf I at the Hoftag in Augsburg. On scroll in exergue: "27. December 1282"/ 4 lines: "SECHS JAHRHUNDERTE MILDER HERRSCHAFT WOBEN EIN HEILIG BAND VM FVERST VND VOLK", surrounding: "* ZVR GEDENKFEIER DER BELEHNVNG HABSBVRGISCHER FVERSTEN MIT DEM STAMMLANDE OESTERREICH 27. DECEMBER 1882 *". Hallmark at edge: "A". Wurzbach 6926 (Bronze).
