Samuel Barnett, of the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard), receive the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier Identification Badge during a badge ceremony inside the Memorial Amphitheater Chapel in Arlington National Cemetery, Va., Oct. 24, 2013. Petry received badge #618, Arriaga badge #619 and Barnett badge #620. It is the second-least awarded badge in the U.S. Army, after the Astronaut Badge.
