Summary[edit]

Description
English: Beaumont Bridge, Kilsharvan, Co. Meath. Seven-arch bridge over the River Nanny. A large flour and oatmeal mill, Beamond Mills, built by John McCann in 1800, stood on the far side of the bridge. From here 'Drogheda Meal' was exported to the United States and won medals at the London Exhibition and Dublin Exhibition of 1851. Shown as 'disused' on the 1909 edition, the mill is long demolished.
