English: Beech Field The name of the field according to the 1839 tithe map. Formerly part of The Broyle, a medieval deer park and common, that was enclosed in 1767. However, this field was part of a section between the footpath and the parish boundary that was enclosed earlier in the 18th century. The buildings of Broyle Place Farm are in the background.
