    Description
    English: Clamp connection on the vegetative hyphae of the dikaryotic mycelium of the fungus Bjerkandera adusta (Willd.) P. Karst. Clamp connections are short outgrowths between two hyphal cells and are mainly observed in representatives of the Basidiomycota. Image obtained using a Tescan Vega Compact scanning electron microscope (Tescan Vega, Brno, Czech Republic). The sample for the SEM analysis was prepared by fixation in glutaraldehyde followed by fixation in osmium tetroxide and coated with gold using Jeol Fine Coat Ion Sputter JFC-1100 (JEOL Ltd., Tokyo, Japan).
    Українська: Пряжка на вегетативній гіфі дикаріонтичного міцелію гриба Bjerkandera adusta (Willd.) P. Karst. Пряжки є короткими відростками клітин септованого міцелію, які спостерігаються переважно у представників відділу Basidiomycota. Зображення отримане за допомогою сканувального електронного мікроскопа Tescan Vega Compact (Tescan Vega, Брно, Чеська Республіка). Зразок був підготовлений шляхом фіксації в глутаральдегіді з подальшою фіксацією в тетраоксиді осмію та покритий золотом за допомогою напилювача Jeol Fine Coat Ion Sputter JFC-1100 (JEOL Ltd., Токіо, Японія).
