Description

The <a href="http://www.lucernevalley.net/history/blackhawk.htm" rel="nofollow">Blackhawk Slide</a>: a mammoth landslide that came off of Blackhawk Mountain, on the north side of the San Bernardino Mountains, an estimated 17,000 years ago, which is recent in geologic time. It is spread across the Lucerne Valley in Southern California.
