English: The whale (Balaenoptera musculus) shown here had a clear breathing pattern: it surfaced every 4 minutes, then breathed either 3 or 4 times in intervals of 30 seconds and then dived again.
Deutsch: Dieser Blauwal (Balaenoptera musculus) hatte ein sehr genaues Atemmuster: er tauchte alle 4 Minuten auf, blies entweder 3 oder 4 Mal im Abstand von jeweils 30 Sekunden und tauchte dann wieder.
