Summary[edit]

Description

Socalled «battle-axe» (Streitaxe) or boat axe of Swedish-Norwegian type, 2800-2400 BC. Discovered the summer of 2003 by a Danish tourist (fisher) at the river of Eiterå, Dunderland, in Rana municipality, Nordland, Norway. Handed over to the cultural department of Rana Museum on 1 July 2004. Photo 21 May 2007 with a NIKON Coolpix 5600 5,1 Megapixel camera.
