| Description |
English: Boulder clay I'm not an expert, but that looks like a thick layer of boulder clay sitting on top of the sandstone bedrock. The sandstone ends about a quarter of the way up the cliff. The sandstone will be about 350 million years old, whilst the boulder-clay is positively pre-pubescent, at only 10 thousand years of age. |
