Summary[edit]

Description
English: Commonwealth War Graves Commission headstone in Bromsgrove Cemetery, Worcestershire, for Cpl James Gardiner, RAMC, who died in 25 July 1944, aged 38. The inscription on the lower part of the headstone is a paraphrase of the "Ode of Remembrance", taken from Laurence Binyon's 1914 poem For the Fallen.
