For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
LPG Heßberg, Schäferfamilie Zum Beitrag: Seit 1620 den Schäferstab weitergereicht- Die mehr als 300jährige Tradition der Kiesers ADN-ZB Schaar- 25.7.19894- ha. Vier Schäfer-Generationen? Urgrußvater Ewald Kieser (3.v. rechts) ist 83 Jahlre lt, sein Sohn Horst mit Ehefrau Martha Kieser (rechts) sowie ihre drei Söhne (von links) Ewald, Thomas und Peter und schließlich der dreijährige Urenekl des Seniors, Christian, von dem Oma Martha meint, daß er bestimmt den Kieser-Beruf ergreifen wird und damit nicht die über 300jährige Tradition abreißen läßt. Diese Tradition ist durch einen Stammbaum, der bis ins Jahre 1620 zurückreicht, belegt. Immer reichte mindestens einer der Kiesers den Schäferstab an die Nachklommen weiter. Seit Menschengedenken lebt die Familie im Eisfeld. Jetzt arbeiten nahzu alle in der Abteilung Schafzucht der LPG "Völkerfreundschaft" Heßberg. (Hierzu gehören 1984-0725-300-302N)
