For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
LPG Schenkenberg, Aktualisierung der Leistungstafel Zentralbild Illner-Me-Ho.xx-31.7.1953 Mit großem Arbeitseifer sind die Genossenschaftsbauern der Produktionsgenossenschaft "7. Oktober" in Schenkenberg, unterstützt durch die MTS Döbernitz, mit dem Einbringen der Roggenernte beschäftigt. Alle Arbeitsgänge sind mechanisiert und werden nach dem sowjetischen Fließsystem durchgeführt. Das heißt ohne Unterbrechung mäht und drischt der "Stalinag 4", werden die Kürner abgefahren, das Stroh gepreßt, die Felder nachts geschält und am anderen Morgen die Zwischenfrucht gedrillt. UBz: Auf dem Brigadenhof steht die große Leistungstafel über den Ernteeinsatz im Fließsystem, und täglich trägt die Buchhalterin Renate Hartwig den Stand der Erntearbeiten und des Zwischenfrucht-Anbaues ein.
