For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Zentralbild-Jung ,3.8.1955 Pätzer Mähdrescherbrigarden arbeiten im Wettbewerb Die beiden Mähdrescherbesatzungen der MTS Pätz, Kreis Königs Wusterhausen, folgten dem Wettbewerbsaufruf von Mähdrescherführer Werner Springer, Träger des Ordens "Banner der Arbeit", und verpflichtete sich, je 180 ha Getreide bei bester Qualität und Senkung der Selbstkosten abzuernten. Das Ziel der beiden Besatzungen ist, die Ernte so schnell wie möglich im Arbeitsgebiet der MTS zu beenden, um dadurch ihren Beitrag zur Stärkung unserer Arbeits- und Bauernmacht zu leisten. UBz.: Mähdreschführer Fritz Bredow und Beifahrer Walter Schwalk, die auf einem Feld der LPG Gussow arbeiten, im Gespräch mit dem Oberagronom der MTS, Kolleger Preuss, der sich vom Verlauf der Arbeit unterrichten lässt." |
