NOTE: Engravings, etchings, photogravures, or any image where information would be lost, or the frame is integral part of the original postcard, document etc., DO NOT NEED their borders cropped; a cropped image of this type generally will violate the original artistic intent of the image, which includes the paper surrounding it. Especially images with {{Border is intentional}} should be not overwritten. Studentenkongreß faßt wichtigen Beschluß über Regierungsverhandlungen DDR-Westdeutschland
Verhandlungen zwischen den Regierungen der Bundesrepublik und der DDR über einen Friedensvertrag mit Deutschland eine Konföderation der beiden deutschen Staaten fordert der Studentenkongress gegen Atomrüstung in Westberlin am 4.1.1959 in einer Schlusserklärung. Der überragend wichtige Beschluss wurde mit grosser Mehrheit gefasst, nachdem dramatische, wütende Verstösse von Vertretern Willy Brandts und dem Berliner SPD-Landesvorstand gescheitert waren. Dem Beschluss kommt weit über den akademischen Rahmen höchste Wichtigkeit für ganz Deutschland zu.
